The Brooks Condominium

I havent had the opportunity to head over to the Brooks Condominium yet but I can say that I am very excited about having another option in Brookland. The building sits on 12th street and while it is one of Brookland's busier streets, its also one of the most convenient. The interior looks above average, with stainless appliances, hardwood floors and granite. Its worth a look... BuildingDC.com
