Brook Rose's Iridium Condominium

This past week I had the pleasure of previewing Brook Rose & HRY Design's Iridium Condominium in Capitol Hill. While I can not say I was surprised at the quality of workmanship, I will say that Brook's designs yet again exceeded my expectations. The ultra-contemporary finishes, clean lines, balconies, wide-planked flooring and Silestone really set the building apart from the competition.

The Brooks Condominium

I havent had the opportunity to head over to the Brooks Condominium yet but I can say that I am very excited about having another option in Brookland. The building sits on 12th street and while it is one of Brookland's busier streets, its also one of the most convenient. The Beekman Place Community

I have to say that its rare to be pleasantly pleased in today's market. Much of the development in the city is built with less quality and lifestyle mindedness than has been done in the past. Beekman Place, however, is just the opposite. While the community sits on 16th street, the tranquility of the gated community, garage and on street parking, and outdoor space on every condo sets itself apart from the competition.
